The 2006 Cab. Sauv. is dark ruby in color with aromas of black cherries, cola, cedar and spice, quite layered and complex. This wine has an extremely silky, velvety mouthfeel and flavors of black cherry, berry, and cassis.
An intricate blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot explode on the palate harboring concentrated fruit flavors of ripe cherry and luxuriant blueberry. The Cabernet is inky, dark, and concentrated exhibiting a lush, rich and bold tannin structure.
Round and silky in the mouth, with a lingering sugary sweetness and a lively finish. 50% Grenache + 30% Cinsault + 15% Syrah + 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Golden, almost sandy pink in color.

The vineyards where the grapes for Camartina are grown have been cultivated organically since 1988 and have been converted to a strict biodynamic standard in 2000. The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyards and harvested in 8-kilo crates.
