This traditional white Bordeaux is made by a cooperative of talented winemakers in the picturesque region of Entre-duex-Mers. In the heart of this region you can admire the medieval castle of Rauzan in its vineyard surroundings, which is where this co-op takes its name from.

Made of Gewurztraminer grapes from a late harvest from vineyards in the Upper Galilee. The wine matured for 6 months in French oak barrels.

The 2012 is quite pale at the present time, with brilliant green highlights. The nose is well-defined and mineral. Still very young and quite elegant, this wine has yet to reveal its full complexity.
