The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is very deep purple-black in color with a crushed plums, blackberries and black cherries nose with hints of dried herbs and smoked meats plus menthol and chocolate box notes. The full-bodied palate is rich, finely textured and fresh, with great purity and length.
The 2016 Heritage Selection is expressive and full-bodied, with baked black cherry and concentrated blackberry fruit across the palate with spicy notes of clove and cardamom.
Panek Vineyard’s early ripening nature was a blessing in 2017. All 5 blocks we work with achieved full ripeness giving us quite a bit to choose from in this vintage. That coupled with continually improving farming gave us more quantity than we hoped for pre-harvest.
This Rosè is a brilliant peach color. Pink grapefruit, pomegranate and black currant with a hint of wild aromas. Well-balanced acidity on the palate with notes of red raspberry and strawberry and a fine persistent perlage.
Opaque ruby. Ripe dark berries, cherry pit and licorice on the spice-accented nose. Lush and appealingly sweet, offering juicy blackberry and cherry flavors that take on a smoky nuance with air. Closes spicy and long, with a hint of licorice and round, even tannins.
Layer Cake Cabernet Sauvignon is aged 3 months in old bourbon barrels, imparting a bolder and more intense character. It's dense, rich and jammy with scents of blackberry and vanilla and a long, mouth coating finish complimented by a hint of sweetness.
Aromas of blackberry and mocha on the nose. Concentrated, intense flavors of ripe boysenberry and blackberry with notes of fig fill the palate. A complex nose of blackberry, fresh boysenberry, and violet. On the palate, layered, fresh expressions of blackberry, boysenberry, and black cherry are balanced by fresh acidity and supported by a firm tannic structure. The finish reveals a hint of minerality underlying the deep, dark fruit.

Luca Paretti Brut appears soft yellow with lime green hues and fine bubbles that produce understated aromas of green apple and peach with floral notes. It has a soft, but fresh, acidity on the mouth and the hint of fruit is delightfully pleasurable for those who enjoy exotic fruit on the palate.

The big difference? Price. You'd have to spend at least 50% more to get this kind of quality in Champagne.
