Deep Blue is a blend of seven biodynamic or organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley; Cassin, Roshni, Johan, Momtazi, Nemarniki, Finnigan Hill and Claygate. The vineyards and barrels we selected were chosen for their deeper, blue and black fruit attributes, as well as their lush and silky textures.
Expertly crafted as the perfect accompaniment to a fine cigar. Matured in ex-bourbon casks then 10 yr old Matusalem sherry butts and finally finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. Cinnamon, vanilla, and red fruit aromas with toffee notes. Orange zest finish.
The 2021 J. Lohr Estates Los Osos Merlot presents mature red colorwith a raspberry hue. Brambly fruit aromas of plum and pomegranate are integrated with a barrel signature of mocha and baking spice. Whole berry fermentation with a generous use of Malbec in the blend accentuates bright fruit tones on the palate, and leaves a lengthy finish.
Chateau Fourcas Dupre is located in the Listrac commune of Bordeaux, which is well-known as an area rich in “hidden gems” that rival higher-priced bottles from the legendary banks of the Gironde estuary.
The deep purple color of the 2021 Columbia Merlot alludes to enticing aromas of rich, dark fruits and a subtle hint of Mocha. The majority of the grapes in this Merlot were sourced from the renowned Horse Heaven Hills AVA within the Columbia Valley.
Omega Blend, formerly Delta winery, is a wine with a prominent presence, rich in aromas of ripe berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is very tight and long. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
With cellars located in the charming, hilltop town of Sancerre, Jean-Laurent and Jean-Dominique Vacheron have vineyards in mainly the eastern part of Sancerre on hard, flinty soils as well as smaller holding on softer limestone and clay soils.
The wine has a deep ruby-red hue that is framed in rich crimson. Aromas of black cherry and plum, surrounded by roasted coffee beans and vanillin oak accents. The entry is powerful and lush with flavors of bing cherry, blueberry, and cocoa.
