A soft and pleasant medium-bodied wine blackberry and raspberry aromas.
This Bourgogne "Pinot Noir" 2021 is a noble and full wine. It has a resplendent colour combining grace with vigour and associating strength with finesse. On the palate fresh raspberries are in evidence when the wine is young.
The 2022 C.C. Ranch has some of the brightest fruit from the entire vintage. Aromas of red fruit lead to juicy cherry and berry flavors, harmonized with the earthiness from the Rutherford area and a slight floral note.
The Psagot Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700 meters. The wine is a nice looking, very salmon colored, almost fading to a touch of brick color.

The rich, voluptuous mouth feel yields fresh fruit flavors that are full bodied and sweet yet wonderfully fresh and lively due to the balanced acidity. The finish is aromatic and lingering. The fine balance of this wine gives it excellent aging potential.
A blend of Garnacha Tintorera, Palomino, Trousseau, Garnacha, and Mencia, from vineyards that range from 800-1000 meters in altitude. Grapes are de-stemmed and fermentation and aging is in a combination of tanks, amphorae, and cement eggs. A lovely, light bodied red, with subtle tannic structure, and bright red floral aromatics.
