Josh Cellars Pinot Noir 2022

This Pinot Noir, made in a style reminiscent of Burgundy offers bright, ripe cherries and deep, earthy flavors with spice, subtle oak, and delicate texture. Aromas of cherry and strawberry on the nose with layers of spicy oak.

On the palate, the wine is plush and subtle yet has a firm texture and finish. Dark cherry and chocolate flavors fill the mouth with a rich intensity and lingering finish.

100% Pinot Noir. Blended & bottled by Joseph Carr. "My father's name was Joseph, as is mine, but his friends just called him Josh." Growers, that Josh calls friends, all lend a hand in this "winemakers wine," what they jokingly refer to as a "vin de garage"—a handcrafted wine they made just for themselves. A wine that is bold and expressive, but unassuming and approachable. It's funny how these characteristics seem to remind Josh of someone that he knew. It's a wine he made for his family, his friends, and a man he called Dad.
