Perez Pascuas Vina Pedrosa La Navilla Reserva 2014

The wine is coming from a plot called “La Navilla”, situated in the same estate where the winery is located, and facing a very optimum south west position. The harvest was done by hand, following a vinification process with knowledge to keep all the excepcional qualities of the grapes of this excellent vintage.

The Bodega vinifies its own grapes from 135 hectares of vineyards. A great number of vines are over twenty-five years old and grow on privileged soils. The main grape variety is Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in Pedrosa de Duero in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, a town with a winemaking tradition that spans over a hundred years. The terrain is smooth and the soils are chalky-clay. It is located at an altitude of 800m above sea level.
