Stains the palate with sweet deeply concentrated boysenberry cherry cola and fruitcake flavors; a sexy violet pastille nuance emerges with aeration. Rich but also impressively balanced with velvety tannins building slowly on a strikingly long penetrating finish.
A blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano harvest by hand. The grapes are destemmed then placed in wooden vats. It is then matured in oak barrels that have already been used for 2 or 3 wines for 24 months.
