The 2018 Barón de Magaña is a red blend produced with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from their oldest vineyards, looking for a fresher wine that expresses the limestone soils from their vineyards.

A very colorful, deep red with shades of terracotta. Notes of toasted bread crust and mocha. Aromas of forest undergrowth, mushrooms and roasted plum. Very concentrated and ripe with round, full tannins.

At first sight, its subtle pale pink colour holds a promise of elegance. On the nose, aromas of rose hips, cured ham, mulberries, redcurrant, peony, pepper & pink grapefruit. On the palate, delicate flavours of honey, citrus & dried fruit with a long finish, enhanced by its fine bubbles.

Climat is an exceptional grape selection unique to each vintage, to discover to secrets of our terroirs and keep a memory of its unique characteristics. Grand Cru “rich and structured” with a dark and glistening robe. Concentrated nose with fragrances of dark fruits, spices, undergrowth and distinguished oak notes. Flat Top Hills Red Blend is a mouth-watering, medium to full bodied wine with cinnamon stick and spie components that marry well with generous, dark fruit and bright raspberry fruit notes. This well-structured, balanced wine statisfies the palate with a medium to long finish.

Codorníu Clásico Brut (made with organic grapes), as its name indicates, is the traditional cava par excellence, made using the three classic varieties from the D.O. The 2021 is the largest and most complex blend we've ever made with dozens of components from vineyards across the realm of Napa Valley. This vintage includes new vineyard sources from Calistoga, Rutherford and Oak Knoll AVA, allowing us to broaden our painter’s palette.

Very delicate destemming and crushing to preserve the integrity of the grapes followed by a first fermentation in october for 8-10 days at controlled temperature (21-22°C). A second "Ripasso" refermentation (on the skins of Amarone in February/March.

A delicate pink color and fine, smooth bubbles. Aromatics which open with floral and fresh fruit notes, including redcurrant. In the mouth, its fresh, light quality is revealed through citrus notes. The finish is forthright and direct, with citrus zest and elderberry aromas.

Very delicate destemming and crushing to preserve the integrity of the dried grapes followed by a long maceration in contact with skins at 23-24°C for 25 days. Ageing in barrels of 25 HL (70%) and in barriques (30%) for 3 years. Dry, very warm, full bodied and intense wine.
