Two brothers, Alessandro and Gian Natale Fantino, run this family estate in Monforte d’Alba. Alessandro managed the vineyards and served as the enologist at Cantina Bartolo Mascarello for 20 years, from 1978 to 1997.

It has a deep straw yellow color, brilliant and full-bodied. The intense and lingering aroma alternates between smooth scents of white fruit and hints of vanilla, fern and mint.
Taragawa is the largest producer on Miyakojima island. Taragawa has a team of just five producing about 1000 Kiloliters per year. Surrounded by sugarcane fields, the distillery was established in 1948. Taragawa uses the hinekoji method which allows a special black mold to propagate for 3 days, creating a strong flavor and aroma suited for long aging.
The bouquet promises fresh fruits and ripeness as well: yellow apple, honey melon, and a hint of quince. Subtle exotic hints enhance the juicy feeling on the palate, while the classic aspects of Grüner Veltliner with pronounced herbal, spicy, and peppery fruit are evident more during the long aftertaste. Bone dry with a vivid finish. An excellent drinking pleasure.
Sourced from several plots all situated in the lieu-dit of Les Boucauds, this cuvée employs close to 50% of the Sauvignon Blanc planted on the estate. Entirely from terres blanches soils – marls and clays over Kimmeridgian limestone – this wine represents a pure expression of this site as well as the deft winemaking of Stéphane Riffault.
Deep color, with a brilliant purple rim. An intense nose, with a fine, floral perfume alongside the ripe red fruit. There are hints of undergrowth, graphite and smoked walnut too. The palate is rich and mouth filling, with smooth tannins that support the wine well. On the finish, alongside the floral and fruit flavors, mineral complexity lingers.
Force & Grace Chardonnay boasts an aromatic nose of crisp apples, ripe melon, and sweet citrus. The bright palate draws on flavors of lemon and Fuyu persimmon, with an edge of stony minerality. Oak aging adds complex notes of vanilla, brioche, toasted coconut, and hints of cinnamon, swathed in a wonderfully rich texture and complemented by fresh balancing acidity.
The 2019 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of red cherry, raspberry, blackberry, iris, vanilla and clove. Ruby in color, this elegant wine has great acidity and lift on the mid-palate. Black currant and warm baking spices linger with a deep and fruity finish. It will provide drinking pleasure through 2047 given proper cellaring.
It presents transparency and very intense sparkles, with golden amber tones characteristic of a long stay in barrels. In the upper part of the glass there is a slightly note of banana and cherry, in a very subtle way we find a note of peanuts and walnuts, in the lower part of the glass we find floral notes of orange blossom and anis, in the middle we have the presence of rosemary, the sweet note of anise, dill and olive.
Bruno vinifies 19 cuvees separately in old family winery in the center of the village of Chassagne-Montrachet. His style shows beautiful balance, both aromatically and texturally, while showcasing the delicate minerality and nuanced complexity of each vineyard.
Tanqueray Sterling Vodka is made from pure grain spirit, distilled at high proof and carefully distilled a second time in a 220-year-old, copper-pot still. After the distillation, the spirit is cut with water to give it the final desired proof.
The early floral yet biscuit flavor reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavor is contributed by the malt.
