Deau VSOP is an exceptional blend of the first crus of cognac. Velvety smooth and floral this delightful vsop has rested in french oak before it has reached the necessary maturity to be blended to perfection.
True grain featuring a mash bill of 45% winter wheat. Aged 4 years in new oak barrels, high wheat content creates a mellow, nutty whiskey with a long, smooth finish. Flavors of roasted coffee bean and hazelnut.
Rests for two months in large oak vats to ensure minimal contact with the wood, giving it a livelier agave taste than most wood-treated tequilas.
This ten-year-old Bottled in Bond bourbon was aged in Warehouse C, built by Col. Taylor in 1885, and the barrel warehouse he was most proud of – the final piece in his “model distillery.” Like some of the previous releases, this one-time-only bottling of E.H. Taylor, Jr Warehouse C Bourbon is very limited. The ideal aging locations for these barrels led to a wonderful flavor combination, with a nose of cherry cobbler with rum sauce and a hint of oak; a palate of cherry cola, vanilla bean and toasted oak; and a finish that is long and lingering with a hint of spearmint, coffee, raisin bread and anise.
This vibrant single malt scotch whisky is matured for 12 years in American and European Oak Sherry casks before finishing in Amontillado casks for a distinctively rich and refined depth of flavor.
