This amber color wine with elegant palate is delivering ripened pear, tobacco and dried fruit aromas, with the hint of black tea. Silky tannins give the wine a rare, velvety finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a classic Togni wine, meant to be laid down for at least a decade and capable of aging well for 20 years beyond that in a cool cellar.
Sourced from several plots all situated in the lieu-dit of Les Boucauds, this cuvée employs close to 50% of the Sauvignon Blanc planted on the estate. Entirely from terres blanches soils – marls and clays over Kimmeridgian limestone – this wine represents a pure expression of this site as well as the deft winemaking of Stéphane Riffault.

Deep cherry red color, with black prune, blackberry, cherry and vanilla tones. The aftertaste is long and spicy with touch of oak, supported by silky tannins. Perfect pair to grilled beef, game and old cheese. Recommended serving temperature 66-68 degrees F.
Willett Family Estate Bottled Bourbon is a very unusual whiskey in many regards. The Bourbon label exists for the sole purpose of our family's Private Barrel Selection Program, and is the only label of its kind in existence. Bruna's vineyards were planted in 1970 by Francesca's father, Riccardo Bruna. It is a tiny 7.5 hectare estate consisting of 5-6 vineyard plots, all planted on terraced vineyards carved out of the Ligurian mountainside. This tank aged wine is all elegance, freshness and minerality. Intensely scented with fine floral and citric notes alongside aromatic herbs and Mediterranean scrub.
