The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a classic Togni wine, meant to be laid down for at least a decade and capable of aging well for 20 years beyond that in a cool cellar.
Editorial Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 presents a dark opaque black center with crimson-violet tones towards the rim, and dark staining tears. The wine leads with powerful notes of black current, smashed raspberry, and blackberry.
Generous aromas of boysenberry, black cherry and fig accented with earthy notes. Robust, concentrated flavors on the palate, the wine offers blackberry and boysenberry notes layered with hints of minerality. Structured and opulent tannins fill the palate with a deep, powerful black fruit finish.
From the producer: Our nod to Italy’s famed Prosecco is a crowd pleaser every year. Bollicine (tiny bubbles) is ripe with refreshing zest of tangerine and citrus with a touch of grapefruit on the nose and a lingering zing of sweet blood oranges on the finish. Pair this wine with fresh berries zabaglione, soft mixed greens with citrus vinaigrette and orange supremes, or simply on its own as an aperitif.
