Cecchi historical label, Chianti is the roots of Tuscany. Cecchi Chianti is produced in prevalence from Sangiovese grapes. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. It has an average capacity of aging.

The original Cameron Nebbiolo was planted in Clos Electrique in 1993 and expanded in 2000. The soil at White Oak Vineyard closely resembles that of Montforte in the Barolo area of Piedmont, Italy.
