Salento Negroamaro F di San Marzano is born in vineyards located in the district of Monte La Conca, in the municipality of San Marzano. It is produced exclusively with Negroamaro grapes, harvested by hand towards the last week of September.

This Pinot Noir comes from the Petaluma Gap. The Gap is a smaller AVA within Sonoma County and is known for afternoon winds and cool temperatures through much of the growing season. The vines are often shrouded in fog which makes for a long, cool growing season and maximum flavors. Grapes are hand harvested. Lots are 100% destemmed to lessen tannins, and whole berries are transferred to tank.
