Founded in 1755, Maison Gautier is one of the oldest Cognac Houses. The natural humidity of the Gautier cellars, located just above the river, helps the eaux-de-vie to age harmoniously before they are blended into a Cognac that is smooth, rounded and rich.
Artisanal plum brandy distilled in small batches and aged 5 years in oak barrels. Perfectly riped and hand picked fruits.
Medium bodied, for Napa Cab, and very pretty showing violets and loads of blue fruit. A very well balanced wine.
Soft, light and aromatic semi dry structure on the palate. Pairs well with white meat, pasta, pizza, deli and salads.
Heavy charred wood aromas and a quite tannic, oaky palate make this full-bodied wine rather stiff and one-dimensional.
Ruby colour with violet flecks. Fruity (dark berries) and spicy (vanilla/cinnamon) on the palate, generous and delicate mouthfeel, with a vanilla finish.
