Tres Erres Reserved Double Distilled Pisco is a grape distillate that is produced in Chile. It is distilled twice and is a superior quality Pisco. It is made with the Alejandría muscatel grape, which is considered the best variety to produce Pisco. Its color is clear and its aroma of fresh fruits. The flavor is smooth, with notes of ripe fruit, spices and a hint of vanilla. The alcohol content is 40%.
Distilled 1986 and then bottled in 2011 at cask strength by Robert Scott.
The fourth and final entry in this legendary series, Hardy Perfection Terre Earth Cognac is a blend of eaux-de-vie, with some of its components reaching back to the pre-phylloxera era of the 1870s.
An aromatic Cognac from Courvoisier that combines the traditions of Cognac with the elegance of Japanese mizunara oak. Made in a collaboration with House of Suntory chief blender Shinji Fukuyo, it started out maturing in French oak barrels, before being transferred into Japanese mizunara casks for a secondary maturation. Aromas of sandalwood, roasted cocoa, cherry blossom, aromatic oak and sweet spices fill the nose, complemented by notes of jasmine, vanilla, yuzu, passion fruit, honey and green tea throughout the palate.
