Big Moustache is a bold Tennessee Whiskey bottled at 100 proof. The first release produced 580 cases from 14 hand selected barrels. The mash build is 80% corn 10% malted barley and 10% rye. A long fermentation of 3 days make this whiskey unique.
Infused drinks have ancient origins: they were popular as far back as 3,000 years ago in ancient China and later in ancient Greece. In the Middle Ages, vodka infusions appeared in Eastern Europe and spread rapidly. Unfortunately, many of these original recipes were lost to time. We have tried to recreate these unique drinks using historical records from the Russian Empire and we present them for you to discover.

Bocatheva 12 yo is matured for 12 years in American white oak barrels previously used for bourbon. Distillation is performed in a pot still. This molasses rum, matured in Barbados, benefits from the tropical climate that sped up its ageing process. The sugar cane is locally grown.
It is made under control of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of New York (USA), OU, it has the status of Kosher for Passover (approved for Passover).
