Domaine Lucien Boillot & Fils Volnay Clos des Angles 1er Cru 2021 is a refined Burgundy showcasing the elegance of Volnay. This wine offers delicate aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and rose petals, with a silky texture and vibrant acidity.
This Cabernet Sauvignon expresses captivating aromas of mocha, ripe berries, violets, and blackcurrant with intertwining layers of subtle black pepper, toasted oak and rich vanilla.
The generic Santenay is made from old vines – 50 years of average age – is a good start. It’s quite forward – 70% whole cluster – with a lovely organic fruit spiced with cinnamon and allspice.
