The Electra, an Orange Muscat, is amazingly fresh and almost alive with orange and peach flavors. Having a tingly, electric-like sensation on the end of the tongue, this dessert wine has only 4% alcohol, as opposed to the typical 12-14%, making it terrifically light.

This Spumante is sweet, with outstanding fruit flavors, and a long, smooth finish. It pairs best with spicy food. This champagne is a straw color and a forward fruit flavor and mild floral character. The aromas are balanced with a bouquet of toasty yeast notes and floral nuances.
This wine is huge, expansive and profound. There are wood-smoke and tobacco fragrances alongside blackberry and dark cherry flavors. The body is full and thick however there are delicate tannins in the surface.

This wine, though possessing the characteristic suaveness of the site, does possess a trace more density than years past–likely due to the additional thinning passes we made. It was also an exceptional year for Mataro in a generally very strong year at the site, and the variety makes up over 30% of the blend.
