This is extremely ripe and indeed reminds me more of cabernet than pinot with good detail and obvious minerality to the sweet, powerful and sappy flavors that offer real size and weight.
The White Scandal is born from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pecorino grapes. The decision to combine two internationally renowned grape varieties with an indigenous Abruzzo grape caused a scandal within the local winemaking community. That scandal for Dominio Imperfetto is a source of pride.
A subtle, lush bouquet. A veritable infusion of red fruits on the palate, with light, spicy notes. A delicate and supple wine. In January 2008, Charlotte and Thomas embarked on a marvelous winemaking adventure with the acquisition of the Clos de l'Élu domain, on the schist-rich lands of the Anjou Noir.
A soft and pleasant medium-bodied wine blackberry and raspberry aromas.
This north-facing limestone site is cool and late ripening. In a warm year like 2019 its quality soars. There is such a fine acidity and outstanding length. Situated in Bué in the Sancerre region of the Loire Valley, the Millet family has been making wine for over five generations. The Domaine is now run by Gérard and Isabelle, along with their son Steve.
A fascinating nose of black licorice, plum skin, tar, blackberries, grilled bread, talc, pine needles, mesquite, and white pepper, which pulls you deeper and deeper into the glass with every swirl. A dark, brooding and savory wine that displays the beauty of the balancing act between fruit and tannin.
Bottled by International Wine Merchants, Ltd. (Modesto, CA). Alc. 17% by Vol.
This prosecco is light and refreshing with a nose that shows hints of white peach, grapefruit, and honey-dew melon. The fine effervescence gives way to creamy flavors of ripe lemons and refined citrus notes with a toasted brioche finish.
Psagot De'Vine is a perfect blend of dry and sweet. This semi-sweet Bordeaux blend showcases the powerful Israeli fruit and the sweet tones from oak aging. The wine is medium bodied and has a touch of spice that lingers with the sweetness, creating a balanced drinking experience.
The crisp flavors of lemon and citrus make this an extremely versatile wine.
Light, fresh taste with prominent yet delicate flavors of ripe raspberry and cherry.
Crisp, rich apple, peach, citrus flavors and aromas found in the Chardonnay grape.
