This Grape is a blend of varietals, its scent of jammy red fruits. Its taste of sweet aromatic red berries. Great for pairing with Appetizers, cold cuts, pizza, and desserts. The result is a complex spirit layered with sweetness, oak, and cooked agave. It’s a tequila deserving of the legacies that brought it to life.
Hailing from a new sustainably minded distillery but made by one of the true legends in distilling from one of the great families of the region, Filipe Camarena. Mature hand harvested agave are slow cooked in stone ovens, and after long fermentations they are double pot distilled and gently brought down to proof with every care taken to preserve the rich purity of agave flavors and the terroir. A stand-out.
