The bouquet promises fresh fruits and ripeness as well: yellow apple, honey melon, and a hint of quince. Subtle exotic hints enhance the juicy feeling on the palate, while the classic aspects of Grüner Veltliner with pronounced herbal, spicy, and peppery fruit are evident more during the long aftertaste. Bone dry with a vivid finish. An excellent drinking pleasure.
Our vin de pays de la loire is made from vines about 29 years old planted on stony slopes. Very open, this Sauvignon remains true to tradition an is a well-balanced wine that shows vivacity from the attack to the finish. The palate offers a long fresh and fruity finish, whilst releasing aromas of white flowers.
Sourced from several plots all situated in the lieu-dit of Les Boucauds, this cuvée employs close to 50% of the Sauvignon Blanc planted on the estate. Entirely from terres blanches soils – marls and clays over Kimmeridgian limestone – this wine represents a pure expression of this site as well as the deft winemaking of Stéphane Riffault.
Clear deep ruby-purple color. Clean and distinguished aromas of black cherries and blueberry jam. These berry jam flavors attack the palate with juiciness getting smoothed out with light vanilla and delicate milk chocolate and roasted java bean. On the palate the wine is dry, full-bodied with firm but ripe velvety tannins and a long finish.
Pale and pink with glinting clarity, this rosé is aromatic with complex notes of exotic fruits, peach, orange zest, and a hint of jasmine. The palate is dry and beautifully balanced with citrus and fantastic flavor. The finish is fresh and mouthwatering. Enjoy it on its own, or with a delicious goat cheese salad or tuna tartare.
Cierto Tequila Private Collection Blanco is a perfect representation of fully-mature agave. Rested for 8 months before bottling, the aroma is fresh and herbaceous, imparting sweet floral notes. This expression displays elegance and complexity that inspires the senses while remaining smooth and fresh. Perfect for margaritas or served on the rocks as a light predinner cocktail.
Fine, distinguished. On the first nose, a herbaceous, salty and empyreumatic (sleet) peat clearly dominates. Allowed to breathe, it makes way for fruits (apple, pear, Canary melon), flowers (lily, carnation) and mint, all of which bring lots of momentum to the aroma palette. Gradually, it becomes increasingly milky (cream, coconut), exotic (pineapple, yellow kiwi) and medicinal (ointment, arnica).
Made from the slopes of the Loire Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc takes advantage of 10 generations of winemaking experience.
