This wine is a modern nod to history. Aged in large vessels sealed with reeds, ingrained with the wisdom of the past. This pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon evolves with each sip and gracefully unfolds on the palate. A slightly bashful beginning leads to an exuberant end. Having just oneglass will require some serious restraint.
Very unique Herzog creation as the winery took some of their best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged them exclusively on French oak that imparts flavors of vanilla and chocolate and even some clove and spice. This wine is intended to highlight the characteristics of French oak versus the American oak bottle Herzog also created.
The finest highland tequila is gently aged in bold American Oak and then finished in fine French Oak wine casks creating a balanced profile with vanilla, dried fruit, and a hint of spice on the finish. A combination of French wine casks and American white oak casks are used to achieve the ideal flavor complexity and rich aromatics.
Karas means amphora in Armenian. Karas is a newly established winery in the West of Armavir Region. Located in Ararat Valley, between Mount Aragats and Mount Ararat, Armavir is the smallest and the most densely populated region in Armenia.

Reserva de Familia Carmenere is produced in the Rapel Valley and offers great fruit concentration after 14 months of barrel aging. Dark ruby red in color, the wine displays great aromatic complexity dotted with mineral notes and hints of herbs, spices, blueberries and plums.
An intense mix of fresh boysenberry, black cherry and plum jump from the glass with cocoa powder, allspice and nutmeg. Its earthy elements of our rocky northern California hillsides include Bay Laurel, sage, cedar, dry red earth which speak to its origins.
The Benedict pinot is named in honor of Edward Ronan “Ned” Benedict and pays homage to his love of burgundy. The wine showcases the complexity this region produces with balance, purity and persistent flavors of dark red fruits and earthy undertones of beetroot and wet earth. The silky texture is balanced by bright acidity and fine grained tannins.
Our vin de pays de la loire is made from vines about 29 years old planted on stony slopes. Very open, this Sauvignon remains true to tradition an is a well-balanced wine that shows vivacity from the attack to the finish. The palate offers a long fresh and fruity finish, whilst releasing aromas of white flowers.
Sourced from several plots all situated in the lieu-dit of Les Boucauds, this cuvée employs close to 50% of the Sauvignon Blanc planted on the estate. Entirely from terres blanches soils – marls and clays over Kimmeridgian limestone – this wine represents a pure expression of this site as well as the deft winemaking of Stéphane Riffault.
