It is made under control of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of New York (USA), OU, it has the status of Kosher for Passover (approved for Passover).

Dry red wine. The grapes were harvested from the oldest of the winery's plots. Aged for about 22 months in French oak barrels, most of them new. Characterized by an extremely high acidity level, allowing the wine to continue to age for years. The wine has an 'old world' substance, and is suitable for heavy meat meals.

Family winery since 1848 in Jerusalem. The Capital label represents quality and elegance. The wine is made from the finest vineyards in Judean Hills. It was aged in small French oak barrels for 12 months.

This is one of three Kosher Whiskeys from Buffalo Trace Distillery that hit the shelves after Passover in 2020. In 2012, new American oak Kosher barrels were filled with a Rye mash bill, all under the supervision of the Chicago Rabbinical Council.
