After hand-selecting a number of whiskies defined by hints of smoldering charcoal, crisp ash and burnt timber, we barreled our blend to mature in deep-charred old oak casks.

Gilgal Cabernet Sauvignon presents ripe raspberry, cherry and plum fruit notes layered with hints of herb, spice and French oak. This is a wonderfully flavorful Cabernet with nice body and a lingering finish.

This Pinot Grigio from California is classic in style with a perfect balance of acidity and incredible aromas. Wonderful perfume notes on the nose, followed by ripe pear, apple, and tropical fruit notes. Light in body with a clean and elegant finish.

The 2020 Yarden Merlot presents aromatic red and black fruit characters with hints of fresh herbs, orange blossom and chocolate. This full-bodied Merlot displays good concentration of flavor and an attractive lingering finish.
