All red grapes are harvested by hand, de-stemmed, and gravity fed into cuve, harvest usually begins around September 10th and ends at the beginning of October, vinification lasts approximately 45 days, fermentation, maceration, and pressing of the skins, aging of the wines can last up to 18 months.
