The second release of the Bookers Bourbon 2023 Collection is Bookers Batch 2023-02 Apprentice Batch. This batch pays homage to the early days of my dad Booker Noes career far before he was the Sixth Generation Master Distiller when he first learned the art of making bourbon under the guidance of his cousin Carl Beam.

Launched in 2023, Daniel Weller is an experimental line exploring the impact of different strains of wheat on its storied bourbons, inspired by and named after the trailblazer of the Weller family.

59% - Little Book Chapter 7, “In Retrospect,” is the seventh chapter in the Little Book series. “In Retrospect” is a blend of 7 different liquid streams, blending one liquid from each of the previous chapters, then adding a record seventh.

Hardin's Creek Kentucky Series 'Boston' is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey column distilled and double distilled. It is the 3rd release of Hardin's Creek 'Kentucky Series'. This bourbon is aged 17 years while being bottled at 55% ALC/VOL (110 Proof). Distilled and bottled by James B. Beam Distilling Co.

This gives us an even greater depth of flavor going into the bottle. Incredibly well balanced, it’s a standout bourbon for moments that are to be remembered.

In 1997, when Jefferson’s was first starting out, we found a 15-year-old bourbon that we immediately knew was rich, complex and needed to be brought to market. It was in 2003 that we decided to bring in other bourbons to marry with the original Jefferson’s Reserve. Similar to Jefferson’s, we still use over 50% of that mash bill and add up to 3 more bourbons to create more flavor and complexities.
