Jean Grosperrin worked as a cognac broker in the Cognac region. A broker in eaux-de-vie plays a very discreet yet strategic role between the producer and the buyer. His job is to evaluate the quality of the eaux-de-vie and to introduce interested parties to each other.

Cristal is considered the National drink of its native land and has become the largest selling Aguardiente in the US. Can be used in place of rum in most cocktails.

This small batch release is the first bourbon release for Louisville-based Peerless Distilling Co. Like the distillery's rye whiskey releases, this too is produced using a sweet mash rather than a sour mash. The Kentucky straight bourbon is bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration. Released June 2019.

Po' Di Poli Aromatica Traminer Grappa is made with Gewurztraminer varietals to create this aromatic distillate. With aromas of balmy herbs, resin, spices and pepper. The palate is full, firm and persistent that is best served cool.

Matured in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry casks, this exquisite Single Malt Scotch Whisky is non chill filtered. The rich colour is given by the European oak wood in which it has matured and is entirely natural.

Smooth, sweet taste has robust and rugged undertones with a warm and comforting finish. Traditionally served neat or over crushed ice, however it is wonderfully versatile and tastes equally good as part of a cocktail.

Vintage 1983 Fins Bois. Old gold dress, slightly amber highlights. Rich and balanced nose, pleasant overall, with a rather "classic" side. After a few minutes, aromas of white flowers, hawthorn and liquorice take over. The mouth is smooth and supple, slight notes of nutmeg and "Christmas Pudding", of wreckage recovered on the beach. Fresh finish despite the thickness of the aromas.

Villa One Silver is a clear liquid with silver shades that is bottled immediately on production to deliver a nose of cooked agave with fruit aromas. It features a continuous bouquet of dried fruit and nuts that meanders into a caramelized agave and has a long, smooth finish.

100% blue agave tequila produced from double distillation in copper pot stills and aged for 36 mos. in oak barrels with a capacity of no more than 200 L. American oak barrels provide roasted hints.
