McByirden Single Malt Whisky is double distilled in the Speyside region of Scotland. The distilled spirit is then matured for a generous number of years in first class American oak barrels to produce this remarkable single malt.

Each step of our small batch process involves more human interaction, from hand selecting casks of grain and malt whiskey, blending each batch to taste, and finishing in only the highest quality Central American rum casks, imparting a distinct full-flavored character.

Grape brandy with pleasant golden yellow shade. Good combination of fruit and oak.

Made with fresh cinnamon and ground black pepper with subtle citrus and grapefruit zest on the nose. The palate is powerfully spicy with accents of cocoa, cardamom and treated leather. The finish is intense and lingering with notes of vanilla, citrus and baking spice.

Booker’s "Granny’s Batch" Batch No. 2020-01 is aged for 6 years, 6 months, and 19 days and bottled at 126.1 Proof.
