This top quality wine is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. 250 Years ago an enormous cave was quarried inside a natural grove in the heart of the Carmel Mountains.

Wine is Dark Red Color and is distinguished by strong varieties bouquet and aromas, in which are sharply expressed cherry and blackberry tones. It has velvety and rich taste, it is well combined with natural sweetness.

Big, ripe jammy fruit with semi sweet spicy structure on the palate. Pairs well with red meat, deli, barbecue and cheese.

Nose: Strawberries, raspberries and white flowers.
Palate: Soft, light and aromatic semi dry structure.
Food Matching: White meat, pasta, pizza, deli and salads.
