Quarry Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon always offers an intriguing combination of flavors, and this vintage is no exception. Its aromas of cherry, dried herb, and tobacco are reflected in the flavors on the palate, with additional earth and mineral notes.

The 2022 C.C. Ranch has some of the brightest fruit from the entire vintage. Aromas of red fruit lead to juicy cherry and berry flavors, harmonized with the earthiness from the Rutherford area and a slight floral note.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a classic Togni wine, meant to be laid down for at least a decade and capable of aging well for 20 years beyond that in a cool cellar.

This 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark blue/black color and an opaque center. This is a stellar wine with black cherry and blue fruits. The flavors are bright and focused with gorgeous layers of black cherry, plum butter, and mixed berry compote. This expansive Cabernet Sauvignon finishes with flavors of smoked cherry wood and smooth but age worthy tannins.

Aromas of black & red fruit bolstered by hints of anise; fruit flavors of cherry & cassis mingle w/ essence of black licorice & violets as well as dark cocoa notes; silky tannins & a long finish.

Textural richness defines our Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep, powerful flavors of blackberry, anise, black olive, fresh tobacco, and dark chocolate mingle with sweet oak spices, nutmeg, and clove. The wine is firmly structured by velvety, age-worthy tannins.

Mighty in concentration, depth and elegance. The bouquet shows beautiful freshness with a cascade of red and dark berry fruit notes followed by hints of rose petal and violet.

2018 Pym Rae Red Tesseron Est Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. Depth, balance and freshness: every details is carefully considered to reveal the potential of this rare vineyard and gracefully highlight its unique character.

A deep maroon core with a ruby rim, the 2021 Eight Years in the Desert opens with aromas of wild blackberry, pepper, oatmeal raisin cookie, Sequoia forest floor, bay leaf and spices. The entry is broad and opulent with a mid-palate of brambly raspberry, black cherry, ripe blueberry and a hint of cacao.

The 2019 Chemist is a blend of GSM, Petite Sirah and our newest member, Teroldego. The Chemist has a deep, inky purple color and aromas of berry cobbler, blackberry and tobacco.

Red currants and blackcurrants with some violets and crushed earth. Full-bodied with round, creamy tannins. Fine, velvety tannins that are open and grounded. Firm and tight finish.

Wild strawberries, rhubarb, pomegranate and black cherries aromas are all found on the nose. The palate is so silky and smooth with lingering flavors of cranberry, ripe plum and spice. Earth, black tea and dried cherries may pop with age.
