Crafted in 6 ton fermentors, the cap management was primarily pump and pour overs combined with a few rack and returns. Spontaneously fermented by indigenous yeast, each fermentor reached temperatures between 87-90 degrees F.

A vague fruitiness and a brown-sugary sweetness give this wine a soft, candied profile.

This Bourgogne "Pinot Noir" 2021 is a noble and full wine. It has a resplendent colour combining grace with vigour and associating strength with finesse. On the palate fresh raspberries are in evidence when the wine is young.

The 2015 is an intense and elegant expression, with a typical red fruit profile, together with complex layers of mushrooms, earth and spices. Precise and polished.

Elouan is an Oregon Pinot Noir, crafted by Californian winemakers. The winery is emulating the successful sourcing philosophy we introduced with Meiomi.

The color is a deep scarlet-red with lush aromas of blackberry bramble, nutmeg, and hint of caramel. The wine is fresh andexuberant in the mouth with sumptuous strawberry jam, ripe black cherry, cranberry and warm gingerbread.

The intriguing dark rosewood color of this wine is accentuated by tantalizing aromas. The dominant fruit scents favor black plums, currants and other darker fruits, with more complex aromas of graphite and smoked meats.
