Smoky, flinty notes suggest some reduction at first but open nicely to reveal green-plum and yuzu aromas. Sourced from a single vineyard of 30-year-old, organically farmed vines, it's a fresh, cutting lime and lemon sip with a long, delightfully chalky finish. The wine drinks well young but should hold through 2027.
The 2018 Pierres Dorees has a dark garnet color with an intense nose of black fruits, blueberry, and cherries. There is a fullness on the palate with flavors of currant and mocha followed by a fresh finish.
Simmonet Febvre's Petit Chablis was born in vineyards located in the heart of the prestigious French region of Chablis, in Burgundy.
The color of Louis Latour Chassagne-Montrachet 2018 is characterized by a ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of coffee and blackberry go together elegantly. The mouth, sublimate by elegant tannins, reminds notes of blackberry.

Pale lemon, with a beautifully perfumed nose, ripe but stopping short of honeysuckle. The minerals come up from behind, there is an altogether thicker texture on the palate, confit lemons, volume and length.
