This wine has a bouquet of gardenias and white pepper. On the palate, it has ample weight (thanks to the Roussanne), but does not feel heavy or cloying and finishes cleanly with a hint of spice. This resplendent wine nearly glows in the glass as aromas of stone fruit, wet granite, and sea water emerge. The mouthfeel is extraordinarily encompassing, leaving tingles of fresh lemon and ambrosia apple at the finish.
