A classic style of Alexander Valley Cabernet, this has tobacco scents over warm prune-plum fruit. It finishes clean with a touch of cool mint.

The wine offers a garnet-red color, with fuschia reflects. the bouquet is powerful, fruity with blackcurrant aromas and crystallized cherries. Supple and ample, the mouth reveals notes of blueberry jam. to be served with grilled meats, fine cheeses and chocolate desserts.

This wine definitely qualifies as the most elegant PATRIMONY Cabernet to date. The longer hanging on the vine provides a great tannin structure while maintaining Freshness.

Rayos Uva is winemaker Olivier Rivière’s version of a Bourgogne Rouge, sourced from fruit grown in the sandy, gravelly, alluvial soils of the Rioja Baja sub-region in the eastern part of Rioja. This blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha is crafted to convey a brightly fruity version of Rioja unmarked by oak.

Blend: 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec, 2% Cab Franc

This wine is a modern nod to history. Aged in large vessels sealed with reeds, ingrained with the wisdom of the past. Lots of crushed stone, lead pencil and licorice aromas that are extremely aromatic and bright. Black cherries, cloves and purple fruit, too. Full body and a round and ripe center-palate with a juicy interior. It opens at the end with a savory and juicy finish. Layered and beautiful.
