Bright garnet hue. Sweet, grapey raspberry licorice nose. A rich entry leads a viscous, medium-bodied palate with fresh fruit flavors and marked sweetness. Pleasant finish. An interesting style that would work well with chocolate.

Extra heavy, fruity and hearty, specially sweetened natural grape wine.

Aromas of raspberries, cherries, brambleberry and cola with notes of vanilla. Long, elegant finish, with notes of cigar. On the palate, dark berry flavors lead to soft, velvety tannins on the mid-palate and notes of spice on the long, elegant finish.

Floral nose with light red fruits on the palate, balanced by enough acicdity to create a bright fresh mouthfeel. From Catalan, Marc Isart is head winemaker at the much acclaimed Bernabeleva, where he spearheaded the property’s transformation to biodynamics.

TASTE: Ripe blackberries lead with notes of toasted caramel, violet with ripe tannins and well balanced acidity

Aromas of new leather, iris, wet earth and perfumed berry meld together with crushed herbs and spices. The full-bodied, elegant palate delivers juicy Marasca cherry, black raspberry, white pepper and a hint of tobacco, while firm acidity and taut, fine-grained tannins lend ageworthy support and finesse.

The nose is fruity, fresh, relatively fine and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, plum and a hint of cassis jam associated with fine touches of chocolate, cardamom, a discreet hint of tea and a very fine / discreet hint of balsamic.

Candied Bing cherry and fresh hibiscus aromas make this an immediately likable bottling by Jim Nantz and his team, while the star anise, gingerbread and sweet herb aromas add complexity.

Dark garnet-ruby color. A mix of small red fruits - raspberries,currants, cherries, rhubarb and pomegranate - with toffee andcola nut, beginning to show secondary characteristics.

Quintarelli's 2014 Primofiore is, in a word, gorgeous… It is the youngest red wine, the “first flower” (translation of Primofiore) to be released by the estate each year, after only 12 months of ageing.
