Riesling grapes were harvested in September and October at the peak of flavor ripeness. Fermentation temperatures were maintained at 55-60 degrees F to preserve Riesling’s fresh and fruity character.

The deep purple color of the 2021 Columbia Merlot alludes to enticing aromas of rich, dark fruits and a subtle hint of Mocha. The majority of the grapes in this Merlot were sourced from the renowned Horse Heaven Hills AVA within the Columbia Valley.

A classic and a real steal, this generous cabernet offers scents of cassis and mocha, adorned with a hint of pine. The flavors are warm and open, its cedar accents lending old-school elegance to generous, dark fruit and slightly furry tannins. A great weeknight red for a smoked pork chop.

A densely saturated vibrant black/red color leads to a nose of pure black currants, at once inky yet penetrating. Studded with notes of dried thyme, anise and pipe tobacco, the aroma emerges as pure Cabernet.
