This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine.

Barkan Classic Chardonnay is produced from grapes grown at the winery's vineyards in the center of Israel. The vines yield small crops and ripen early. Hand picked in small containers, the grapes are rushed to the winery to ensure maximum quality.

This Classico wine is made from grapes grown in the "Mata" vineyard at the heart of the Judean Hills. After traditional vinification, the wine is aged for 10 months in French & American oak barrels.

Family winery since 1848 in Jerusalem. The Capital label represents quality and elegance. The wine is made from the finest vineyards in Judean Hills. It was aged in small French oak barrels for 12 months.

The Carmel Selected Merlot is a new addition to the Carmel Selected series. This Judean Hills Semi-dry blush rose wine is aromatic, refreshing, light and fruity.

Psagot Merlot is a rich wine, characterized by a tight body and an acidic backbone. This wine features aromas of red forest fruit, red plum, red and black cherry, and a touch of green.

One of Israel's finest red blends, Flam Noble is sourced from the Galilee's pristine Dishon, Ben Zimra, and Mata vineyards. Elegant in its composition, this wine is aged for 20 months in new French oak giving it a well-balanced and robust character suitable for any fine dining experience.
