Binyamina Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon expresses the best of Upper Galilee's terroir, verifying the claim of world-renowned wine writers Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson that Galil is "the region with the most obvious potential" in Israel.

The color is a beautiful ruby red with violet highlights. Expressive on the nose, with jammy red fruits and soft spices.Particularly silky on the mouth, with very fine grain tannins. This wine also shows a very nice freshness.

Mencia Roble stands out because of its strong fruity character bringing out all the characteristics of the Mencia grape variety. The time it spent in oak barrels accentuates these qualities by providing subtlety, elegance and complexity.

Produced from the cabernet sauvignon grape variety grown in Ukraine. The deep, dark garnet color highlights a complex, round, harsh taste with prune, chocolate, and blackcurrant tones.

The grapes used to produce this exceptional Merlot were hand selected from Barkan's vineyards located in the northern Galil region. This Merlot has a deep ruby color with an extremely rich and full character.
