Intensity, complexity, structure, and elegance are the signature descriptors of this wine. Aromas open with clove, spice and concentrated black fruit. As the wine opens, distinct blackberry notes are revealed along with balanced acidity, rounded tannins and fresh fruit flavors.

A nearly opaque color sets in the glass with a hard, red complexion that is almost black. Aromas of ripe blueberries and candied plum mingle with toasted oak and charred vanilla. The entry is soft and inviting which paves the way for a lush mid-palate replete with layers of ripe boysenberry and cassis.

An alluring inky-purple achievement, the 2021 Abstract is replete with a vivid nose of red and black stone fruits, candied cherry, cassis, dried floral notes, and sweet oak accents.

The wine is crafted to unleash dark and luscious characteristics, while managing tannins to deliver an opulent and juicy Petite Sirah.

Panza is the second label from Quixote Winery; it’s made from the organic fruit from the Estate, but unlike Quixote wines, it's available outside of the winery. Philippe Melka is the winemaker, and his style works magic with the Stag's Leap District fruit.
