Fruit is night harvested, when the temperatures are cool to minmise oxidation, making it easier to manage in the winery. After that, we tinker as little as possible, letting the vine and the flavor speak, gently guiding it through the course of the winemaking process.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Soft in color with green hues. Shows tropical and citrus fruits along with attractive herbaceous/varietal characters on the nose. The palate is generous and fruit driven with classical Marlborough acidity giving a fresh, clean palate and passion fruit finish.
Aromas of gooseberries and lush tropical fruit with a touch of wet hay and nettles. Ripe gooseberries, green gage plums, and tropical fruits with a slight hint of oak on the palate.
Pale yellow color with green hues. The aroma is fresh and vibrant with a base of rich tropical fruit but dominated especially when young, by fresh lime and lemongrass aromas as well as a fresh herb note.
This Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color with green highlights. The wine has ripe tropical notes balancing nettle aromatics, almost pungent in their intensity, with highlights of ripe grapefruit and white blossoms.
Aromas of ripe peach and citrus notes with flavors of lemon, lime and a hint of green apple. Well-balanced acidity and a lingering hint of nectarine frames the finish.
