A concentrated wine, yielding ripe flavors or rhubarb and plum as well as anise and bell pepper, with savory notes of cocoa and mocha. Full-bodied and rich on the palate with polished, integrated tannins and excellent structure.
As soon as you pour out a generous flute of this bubbly you’ll notice the fine bubbles and vibrant aromas of ripe berries, lemon zest and ripe apples. The first sip showcases a rich mousse and uplifting lemon and white peach flavours punctuated with hints of pastries and toast. The finish is long and clean with a bright acidity and subtle hint of sweetness from the 10 grams of residual sugar per litre.
Dark red-ruby. Complex aromas of black raspberry, black cherry, fresh blood and bitter chocolate, lifted by a violet note. At once sweet and very firmly built,with blackberry and black cherry flavors framed and lifted by strong spice and floral elements.
Citrusy aromas and flavors of honeyed limes and candied yams and apples with a supple, tangy, fruity sweet light to medium body and a smooth, amusing, medium length orange and pineapple sherbet finish. A very tasty margarita cocktail with nice fruity agave character!
