Kedem wines are produced using carefully selected grapes grown in some of New York State's  finest vineyards. The wines are produced in Kedem's own wine cellar by the eighth generation descendants of the winery's founder.

Paradigm Rye is for us emblematic of the trifecta arts of distilling, blending & finishing. A marriage of hand-selected straight ryes from NY, KY, and IN, finished with our unique mineral water from the legendary Rosedale mines, the Paradigm is our signature (rye) whiskey, round, creamy, spicy, and impossibly complex. The grapes for this wine were carefully selected from vineyards in Clarksburg, California. This full bodied and complex Chardonnay exhibits all of the elegant characteristics of the varietal grown in this renowned appellation with top notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Enjoy this wine slightly chilled with herb roasted chicken or almond crusted fish. The structure of this wine will allow it to age for up to 5 years if properly stored at 55°-60°F

Made with 100% blue agave grown in the rich volcanic soil provided by Volcán de Tequila, sourced from two distinct regions of Jalisco, the Lowlands and the Highlands, each imparting a unique flavor profile in the finished product. Hand-trimmed agave plants, or piñas, are cooked via two distinct methods which allow us to control the flavor, for a superior Tequila.

Fermented and then aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, the Herzog Special Reserve Reserve Chardonnay is a cool, terroir-oriented wine. While the Russian River Valley's unique climate contributes top notes of lime, chamomile, and tropical fruit, this lovely wine is overlaid with a bouquet of toasty vanilla and oak. Serve as a wonderful companion to grilled fish, veal picata, or grilled vegetables.

Kosher for Passover, this cold brew is 5x distilled and blended with rich delicious coffee from the mountains of Columbia. A heavenly delight with a freshly ground aroma and smooth coffee finish. Hints of Vanilla swirl around this sumptuous Coffee Vodka creation.

The Domaine de Panquelaine Sancerre is a crisp and delicious expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. Rich in aromas of citrus and tropical fruits as well as hints of stone, this Sancerre features wonderful intensity and depth. Serve chilled, goes well with fish and poultry.

Joseph Zakon Winery, which produces Kesser wines, was founded in 1981. The Brookyln-born winemaker, and his wife Michelle, named the winery with a Kabbalistic approach.
