This wine is a syrah from the Valtosca vineyard. It was cold macerated before fermentation in small, underground stone tanks under controlled temperatures for 9–12 days. Malolactic fermentation took place entirely in the barrel. It was then aged for 14 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters. Learn More
