Bota's Pinot Noir is a gorgeously fruity expression of the romanticized grape. It begins with a sweet bouquet of cherry pie and a hint of savory herbs. It opens to rhubarb, black cherry and clove, followed by a brisk finish.

This luscious, semi-sweet red wine is a delightful balance of fruity and earthy notes. The nose reveals aromas of ripe black chery, raspberry, and plum. The sweetness is well-integrated, 2 with a lingering and satisfying finish that's enjoyed perfect on its own or paired with dishes featuring sweet sauces or glazes, barbecue or wit desserts like tiramisù, or crème brûtlée.

The color on the Colombaio di Cencio Futuro is a very intense ruby red, the nose is captivating and spicy, with hints of toasted wood. On the palate it is ripe, with notes of black pepper, dried berries, while the finish is well balanced,  full-bodied and long.

Red of great polyphenolic richness. Deep and intense purple red, with a complex aroma of red fruits, morello cherry, currant and raspberry, and delicate notes of sweet tobacco and cocoa, and more officinal herbs in the finish. The structure is dense, with rich but harmonious tannins, of great thickness; the fruit is supported by a fresh acidity, and the persistent aftertaste is of jam. It is enhanced with roasted red meat, suckling pig, game and greedy game, jugged pheasant and venison stew, spicy cheeses and Umbrian palombacci.

This wine will be a pillar for California Sauvignon Blanc. The hallmark tropical components are elevated with the structure of minerality that comes from soils at Ink Grade. The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc has retained an herbal and mineral note with a backdrop of lemongrass and slate. These aromatics are balanced by tropical notes that create a wine of texture and complexity.

Our Castle Rock Merlot is produced from grapes grown in carefully selected vineyards in California, where the climate and soil quality provide excellent growing conditions for this classic varietal. This elegant medium-bodied wine is vibrant ruby in color with expressive aromas of black cherry, blueberry, plum, and spice.

Andosol draws inspiration from the historic field blends of California. Zinfandel is the protagonist. This is a blend meant to be enjoyed in its youth. To provide a unique perspective of the Ink Grade Estate. Undoubtedly, this site and the inherent stress it lends to grape growing will saturate the grapes with intensity and depth. This is not a feeble or simple wine. It will age incredibly well.

Grown on clay-limestone soils, on the heights of the Ardeche mountains. The aging on fine lees preserve all aromatic intensity of this grape varietal with intense citrus, grapefruit and floral aromas revealed by a nice balance between liveliness and freshness.

This Pinot Grigio is an elegant white wine from the picturesque vineyards of the Garda region.

It has a floral and delicate fruity character with subtle hints of crispcitrus. Enjoy it chilled for an aperitivo or pair with seafood, vegetarian dishes, pastas, fried fish or sushi.

A blend of Grenache (90%) and Mourvèdre (10%) fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel, this perfumed, blossomy red shines a spotlight on lustrous boysenberry and raspberry flavors.

A special collector’s editions made with a judicious blend of superior quality Tawny Ports matured in wood, selected among the best of several harvests, approved by the IVDP (Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e do Porto) to use the denomination Special Reserve.

Mercurey is located in the Côte Chalonnaise and produces well structured and pure, fruit driven reds with a distinctive underlying earthiness. Their relative low price when compared with wines from the more famous Côte d'Or appellations makes them good value for money.

This Meursault is pale yellow in color with green highlights and a subtle and fresh nose of citrus fruits and vanilla, with some oak adding a certain complexity. It is still quite tight on the back-palate.
