Kindzmarauli is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from a Saperavi sort of vine, cultivated in the Kindzmarauli micro-zone of Kvareli. The wine is garmet red with a balanced mild taste and tender flavour. The wine is recommended together with fruits and cheese under a temperature 60 °F - 65 °F.

Semi-sweet red wine made from Saperavi grapes is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, the berries are combed and crushed, and then fermented at a controlled temperature.
